Out of practice…
I’m having trouble with my redesign… I just can’t get the style sheet to do what I want it to do. I will have to ask for help from the techies in my house since I am just getting beyond frustrated and can’t see what I’m doing wrong. It’s probably something really simple and stupid; I might have two elements battling each other and be unaware that it’s even going on. Garhgg.
OK. I’m going to read my O’Reilly CSS Pocket Reference and see if re-reading the rules will spark some clarity in my mind.
I didn’t do much today other than computer stuff. I helped my mom do some cooking, and I napped… because I couldn’t fall asleep last night until 3:30 and then awoke at 6:30, having a strange auditory hallucination (or perhaps a waking dream) that a family member was knocking on my door. I actually got up out of bed to open my door and see what the hell they wanted. There was no one there, so I went back to sleep and then heard something again at 8ish… and also got up to check the door since I could’ve sworn I saw shadows of feet under my door. But no… nothing there either. It was just really strange and I’m sure it had to do with lack of sleep… or restless sleep.
I want to get some good sleep tonight so I can think clearly and get some stuff done tomorrow. It’s just annoying.
