re-entering the world of academe
I have to write my paper this weekend. It’s not due until Thursday, but I’d rather get it done NOW so that I don’t have additional cause for worry when I get home at night during the week.
Also, next weekend I am working a trade show at the Javits Center in New York for work. While I’ll get comp days, this week is going to be a tough one. So I’d rather not have homework upon arriving home in the evenings.
I’m signing off now. If I sit at my computer, there’s far too much opportunity for temptation and distraction.
